For the equine professional, I offer full saddle fit "Barn Days". These days are priced at $800/day and travel & expenses are client-billed when outside of the greater Idaho Treasure Valley.
Here is a look at what a full saddle fit day can look like for your program:
Includes a variation of (up to 9 total hours):
Demo Presentation (1.5 hrs, $150 value) - requires a demo horse and saddle (we walk through a mini fit in the demo, so they would not need to sign up for a separate mini fit)
Mini Fits (1 hr, $100 value each) - only offered at barn days and events
Mini Fit + Tracings (1.5 hrs, $150 value each) - only offered at barn days and events
Full Fit (2.5 hrs, $250 value each)
Mini Fits: mapping and a look at the fit of your existing saddle on your horse (static/standing fit). Fit solutions provided based on this assessment.
Mini Fit + Tracings: Mini fit (per above) + taking measurements and creating tracings that can be used to physically find a new saddle. The numbers from this also help me refer clients to specific saddles whose trees would fit their horse best or would help a custom saddle maker make a saddle to fit.
Full Fit: Includes everything in the Mini Fit + Tracings (per above), however I also look at saddle fit as it pertains to both horse and rider under static fit (standing) and dynamic fit (movement).
I try to offer this variety as I recognize that clients and their horses may have differing needs. I only offer Mini Fits and Mini Fits + Tracings at barn days/events and not through the course of my regular mobile business due to the cost and time commitment of travel, so they are a great opportunity for people who already have a saddle and simply want to improve the fit of it or don't have a saddle yet but want the data necessary to pick the right one for their horse or already know what they're looking for for themselves. For those wanting a comprehensive look at saddle fit, the Full Fit is the way to go.
